The council is considering an intergovernmental agreement with the Downtown Development Authority to issue bonds for $4,245,000, which would be used to buy the old Rite Aid at Forest Parkway and Ash Street to turn it into a business incubator. The rest would “be used to acquire the adjacent business plaza for use as part of the City Center project.”

The council also listed the blocks, by number, for each new ward in the redistricting effort.
