Free information about teen relationships, bullying, library services, and more is available. So are diapers, crayons, coloring books, and all kinds of swag from county and local agencies. Bring a hat or umbrella, wear sunscreen, and stay hydrated while you enjoy the DJ and splash pad until 7 p.m.
