Clayton County voters can cast early and advance ballots in the U.S. Senate runoff starting this Sunday, November 27.

WHO’S RUNNING?

Only one race is on the ballot: the runoff between incumbent U.S. Senator Rev. Raphael Warnock, a Democrat, and challenger Herschel Walker, a Republican.

CAN I GET A PAPER ABSENTEE BALLOT?

If you hurry. The last day to turn in an application for a paper absentee/advance ballot is Monday, November 28. Here’s the application from the Clayton County Elections and Registration website:

Remember to print out and sign your application. You can bring it to the Elections and Registration Office at the Historic Courthouse in Jonesboro, fax it to (770) 477-4521, or send it as an e-mail attachment to elections@claytoncountyga.gov. You probably should avoid mailing your application to avoid delays this close to the election. Call Elections and Registration at (770) 477-3372 with any questions.
