Jonesboro City Manager Ricky Clark was arrested early Sunday morning on charges of DUI, speeding, and no license on person, according to Clayton County Jail online records.

Those records indicate that Clark, 35, was booked Sunday, September 18 at 2:35 a.m. and released less than an hour later at 3:32 a.m. The docket numbers, which usually link to more information about an inmate’s arrest, such as the arresting agency, are not hotlinked from the main inmate search page and there is no indication that Clark had to post bond.

Online Magistrate Court records indicate Clark was scheduled to appear at 9 a.m. Sunday morning before Judge Keisha Wright Hill. No further information was listed and no attorney was noted on the online court record as of 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon.

We’ve asked Clark whether he bonded out but have not heard back. Clark is considered innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
