The Clayton County Board of Commissioners has issued a new notice for a special called meeting to ratify the School Board proposed millage rate.
That meeting will now take place on Wednesday, August 24 at 11:30 a.m. at 112 Smith Street in Jonesboro, according to Clerk of Commission Courtney Rushin.
Originally, the meeting had been scheduled for Wednesday, August 31 at 11 a.m.
