For two decades, the Good Shepherd Clinic has provided basic medical care for area residents who can’t afford a doctor. The clinic’s annual fundraiser—the legendary Tomato Sandwich Party—is this Saturday, July 30 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

During COVID-19, the Tomato Sandwich Party was more of a drive-through, to-go event. This year, it’s back in person at the Morrow Center, 1180 Southlake Circle, Suite 100 in Morrow (at Southlake Mall).

Tickets are $20 at the door to benefit the clinic’s operation. Besides a good old-fashioned tomato sandwich, you can enjoy music by Faculty Grass.

As of press time, the event had raised $29,684 of its $75,000 goal. You can donate online at http://www.tomatosandwichparty.com/donate-now.html.
