The City Council of Lake City meets tonight, Monday, July 11, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 5455 Jonesboro Road. On the work session agenda: a broad “project updates” item, as well as discussions of the service delivery agreement/Local Option Sales Tax, street repaving projects, and council training.

The regular meeting follows at 6:30 p.m. and will take up funding for the Clayton County Land Bank, and a vote on awarding the law firm of Fincher Denmark a contract to represent the city for the service delivery agreement/Local Option Sales Tax.

On Tuesday, the City Council will hold a retreat from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at City Hall for training with the University of Georgia Carl Vinson Institute of Government.
