The Morrow City Council will hold its work session starting at 6:30 p.m. today, Tuesday, June 14, followed by the regular meeting at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 1500 Morrow Road.
The work session agenda includes a recap of the Olde Towne Morrow/The District arson investigation. Three juveniles have been arrested and charged in the case.
Other work session items, which also will appear on the regular session agenda for a vote, include:
- an intergovernmental agreement with the county to put a proposed homestead exemption measure on the ballot this November
- approval of a lease extension with  ATC Iris 1 LLC through Feb. 20, 2036, with the city to get $10,000 within 30 days of the agreement
- $13,500 per year for iWorq software for license, code enforcement, and permit management
During the regular meeting, the city will hand out Spring Yard Contest awards to 6070 Foxcroft Ct. (Best Maintained), 6248 Hillcrest Drive (Most Creative), 1241 Brookview Ct. (Gardener’s Choice), and 6146 Foxcroft Ct. (Best Color).
