If you want to join the Clayton County Police Department, here’s your chance.
CCPD is hosting a recruitment and hiring event at 9 a.m. this Saturday, April 30 at Clayton County Police Headquarters, 7911 N. McDonough Street in Jonesboro. The department is hiring police recruits, police officers, and E-911 communications dispatchers.
If you are a recruit or officer, you need to be there on time to take the agility assessment. If you arrive after 10 a.m., you will not be permitted to take the agility assessment Saturday. However, you are welcome to stay for the rest of the event.
Applicants should bring water and workout clothing. You will be able to apply on site, take the physical agility exam (if you get there before 10 a.m.), and take the CRITICALL exam if you are applying to be a dispatcher. Conditional offer interviews will take place on site.
