Clayton County Police have issued a Mattie’s Call for Kevin Ramos Ocasio, 16, of Morrow, who disappeared from the 1000 block of Summerview Court on Friday, April 8.
Police say Ramos Ocasio left home for a walk after getting in an argument with his mother. Ramos Ocasio is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a burgundy hoody, black jacket, blue jeans, and a black backpack. CCPS says Ramos Ocasio has been diagnosed with multiple mental disorders.
