The Clayton County Health District is offering COVID-19 vaccinations at three locations this week–including third booster shots for people over 65 or who have certain medical conditions. The shot is free.

Both Jonesboro (31.1% of countywide cases last week) and Riverdale (21% of countywide cases last week) have consistently been hit harder by COVID-19 than any other Clayton County cities since the pandemic began. The vaccinations are available in those locations but you don’t have to live in either Jonesboro or Riverdale to get a shot there.

Today (Tuesday, Sept. 28), from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., you can go to 1117 Battlecreek Road.

On Wednesday, Sept. 29, you can get vaccinated at Riverdale City Hall from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

On Thursday, Sept. 30, vaccination will be available at 1117 Battlecreek Road from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
