The second in a series of reapportionment hearings is taking place downtown at the Georgia Capitol. Watch here:
Members of the public are invited to speak in person for two to 5 minutes and can sign up to speak at the meeting location starting at 4:30 p.m. outside the meeting room. However, time limits are subject to change depending on how many individuals sign up to speak.
