The Celebration of Life for Clayton County Board of Commissioners Vice-Chair Sonna Singleton Gregory will take place at 11 a.m,. today, Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Travelers Rest Missionary Baptist Church, 6021 Maddox Road in Morrow.
A repast will take place immediately following the service.
Gregory’s funeral procession will take the following route from Travelers Rest to Sherwood Memorial Cemetery and Mausoleum, 6841 Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro, according to Clayton County Police:
- Turn right onto Rex Road
- Turn left onto Harper Drive
- Follow Harper Drive to Jonesboro Road
- Left on Jonesboro Road
- Follow Jonesboro Road to Mount Zion Road
- Right on Mount Zion Road
- Follow Mount Zion Road to Tara Boulevard
- Turn left on Tara Boulevard
- Follow Tara Boulevard 1/4 mile to Sherwood Cemetery on the right
Services will be livestreamed on the Clayton County website, where you also can leave a condolence message for Commissioner Singleton’s family.
