Here is a list of all companies that are contracted with the Clayton County Public Schools to provide food, packaging, and food sterilization for the system’s students. The information comes from the current list on CCPS’ Purchasing Department website, which was last updated in December 2020:

Some parents have voiced complaints about spoiled food in breakfast and lunch deliveries. While these companies are responsible for supplying food and related foodservices to CCPS students, that does not necessarily mean they sent spoiled food to CCPS.

Meanwhile, School Board Chair Jessie Goree urges parents to contact their children’s principals and the Director of Nutrition and says she has made Superintendent Dr. Morcease Beasley aware of the problem. The Clayton Crescent will update with any new information about school meal quality issues.
