
At 11 a.m. on Friday, January 22, the new Lake Spivey Recreation Center in International Park debuts in a virtual ribbon-cutting online. District 4 Commissioner DeMont Davis will officiate.

The facility itself will open to the public at 12 noon.
To visit the rec center, you must wear a mask and follow social distancing and other Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
The center features an indoor pool, freeweights, spin machines, a performance training room, cardio and fitness gear, a mini-rotation rock wall, an interactive punching bag, a lounge, concessions, and two multi-purpose rooms for rent.
