Here’s the Clayton County Board of Commissioner’s October 27, 2020 work session. The county has not yet uploaded a standalone video of the meeting to YouTube, so we’re providing a link to the BOC’s recorded livestream:

The BOC held a special called meeting on short notice before the work session to authorize using the J. Charley Griswell Senior Center in Jonesboro’s Clayton County International Park as a polling place. Originally, the plan was to use the new Lake Spivey Recreation Center, but that building is not yet ready. Here’s a copy of the resolution.
You can vote early at Griswell from Wednesday, October 28 through  Friday, October 30, between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
In addition, the county added a new paper absentee ballot box at Griswell, similar to the one at the Forest Park Branch Library.

For the federal election runoffs in December, polls will be open at Griswell as follows:
- Monday, December 14 through Friday, December 18, 8 a.m. to  5 p..m
- Saturday, December 19, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Sunday, December 20, 12 noon to 5 p.m.
- Monday, December 21, 2020 through Wednesday, December 23, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Monday, December 28, 2020 through Thursday, December 31, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
