Check polling, ballot box locations
by Robin Kemp
Monday, Oct. 12, 2020 is the first day of early voting for the 2020 Presidential election and other races and measures on the Nov. 3 ballot.
We’ve pulled together all the resources you need to research candidates and issues on your ballot. Please share this page with your friends and social media networks!
Because The Clayton Crescent covers Clayton County and the Southern Crescent, no one sample ballot for state and county races applies to all of our readers. Check your custom sample ballot online at the Georgia Secretary of State’s My Voter Page.
We’ve broken down polling locations by county, then by city, to help you get to where you need to go. Here’s how:
- First, check your voter registration status and the polling place for this election at the Georgia Secretary of State’s My Voter Page. (Some municipal elections are held at different locations from county elections.)
- Use our list of polling places and secure ballot boxes (choose a county below) for a handy map to your destination.
- Consider bringing a friend, relative, or neighbor with you if they’re unable to get to the polls themselves.
- Remember to bring your state-approved ID with you to the polls.
