Second time in eight days

The Forest Park Police Department says a teenager has gone missing for a second time since June 19.
Ellesha Arnold, 17, of Hill Street in Forest Park, is a Black female, 5 feet 4 inches tall and 110 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Police say Arnold suffers from a developmental disability.
On June 19, police say, she had been spotted walking in the 800 block of Main Street around 1 a.m.
Anyone with information as to her whereabouts is urged to cal FPPD at (404) 366-4141.
