cCharlton Bivins is a retired Dekalb County Sheriff’s deputy and a former Clayton County School Board member who is running for the School Board in District 6. He’s active in numerous civic organizations, runs a nonprofit to help people restrict their criminal records, and is an enthusiastic cyclist.
